A program gives instructions to a computer. Python reads them from top to bottom. The print function displays a message in the result panel. Put text inside matching quotation marks and parentheses. You can change the message; the word print stays the same.

Display “Hello, Veda!” without the outer quotation marks, including the comma and exclamation mark.

How to find an error
  1. Read the last line of the error message.
  2. Find the indicated line. Check quotes, parentheses and indentation.
  3. Change one thing and run again.
